- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My local plumbers merchants ordered a raised toilet and cistern with a handle from Robert Lee, London. Delivery was on Friday 24th August. Instructions clearly stated "with handle". The raised toilet arrived but the cistern was in a box marked push-button. I queried this with my local merchants who came and opened the box. Robert Lee had delivered a push-button cistern. 3 consecutive deliveries have followed and on each occasion, despite being told to deliver what i have paid for, they have delivered a push button cistern, holding up work in my bathroom in the process. One mistake is forgivable, but delivering the wrong order on 3 further occasions smacks of incompetance. Do staff not read what it says on the box? Does no-one check orders before despatch? My local plumbers have re-funded me the cost of the cistern as i have been messed about so much. Based on my experience i would not recommend Robert Lee at all.By coz, January 24, 2019
