    crap,i ordered by click and collect,went to collect and they gave me the wrong item, they said someone had the same name ,but why didnt thet check the product,they did track down the person who had my item and said he would bring it back next day,its now 14.10 on xmas eve and i still havent got my item,its for my daugthers xmas present,so i will not be using click and collect ever again,they did not offer me any other item or money back or anything. rubbish staff rubbish shop ...24/12/2014,not very happy..........

    Really terrible service bought a watch for £ 300 a few months ago its started to play up only wore it a handful of times went back in to ask for a refund, the lady was sour faced and told me they dont offer warranties on jewellery, I told her that the watch hasnt been verified but she was arguing with me dying it had when where they said they had sent it for verification was indeed a jeweller that we knew, who had said he wouldnt verify this as he hasnt the knowledge for tag watches. Speaking to trading standards as I feel I may have spent money on a fake watch!! Would not recommend buying anything from here EVER!!!!
